The Barber of Seville is a comic opera in the seventeenth century past. The plot bears the figure of a barber very outgoing, creative and dynamic, who flees to the standards of the barbers of our century. That, plus barber, was veterinary surgeon and pharmacist. With the versatility and the way to be - bohemian friend, arranger and especially obstinate weddings for money - Figaro conquered everyone in town.

The love story takes place between Rosina and Count Almaviva in. Rosina was priosioneira old Dr. Bartolo, his tutor who, beyond the age avançadíssima (100 years), just wanted to marry her to stay with her ​​fortune.
Alamaviva appears on the scene, pretending to be a Lindoro (a humble guy) in love with the girl and soon enlists the help of Figaro to talk to her.
Several plots happen every curtain that opens and closes, but in the end, everything ends working. Rosina and Almaviva together after many disagreements, free themselves from the clutches of Dr. Bartolo and Don Basilio tricks, the matchmaker.

The imaginary world that opera took us, living and experiencing the same joys and emotions, plotting the same plans, achieving the same ideals, incorporating these characters, made ​​us realize the real meaning of this art.
